I am the founder of SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats, a premier transformational retreat company rooted in the sacred red rocks of Sedona, Arizona. SpiritQuest was created as a sanctuary for deep personal inquiry, healing, and conscious evolution, which welcomes individuals from all walks of life who feel called to reconnect with purpose, clarity, and inner truth.
SpiritQuest Sedona Retreats offers a wide range of private and small-group experiences, including relationship and life transition coaching, sacred ceremony, intuitive mentoring, yoga and embodiment practices, meditation, sound healing, and guided journeys into Sedona’s powerful vortex landscapes. Each session is custom-designed and may include one-on-one mentorship, curated group retreats, or immersive multi-day experiences tailored to each guest's specific intentions.
While SpiritQuest is non-denominational, it is deeply spiritual at its core. Our work honors universal wisdom traditions without adherence to any single belief system, allowing each participant the freedom to explore spirituality in a way that feels authentic and self-directed. We hold space for personal insight, emotional healing, and expanded awareness, meeting each individual exactly where they are on their journey.
Our specialty is our Private Retreats – this is where we have a unique, powerful way of deeply hearing our clients and custom-curating the retreat experience. Each person is uniquely special, and this is why the retreat should be custom-designed to reflect this. Through a beautiful, in-depth consultation call, we learn all about the client's past struggles, blockages, trauma, and childhood dynamics. We ask a series of questions to understand how the client operates at their core. How do they engage with the world? How do they see themselves, and do they practice self-love and self-care?
From these questions and many others, along with our innate intuitive gifts and expertise, our retreat designers hand-select each modality and practitioner for that particular client. The retreat is then given back to the client so they can feel empowered to make edits as they see fit. We co-create the journey, and no two retreats are the same.
This process can be done for single people, couples, or even families. We create a special container where all people can feel safe and heard. It truly is the power of our outstanding practitioners that allows so much healing and growth in just a few days! We do have group experiences for people who are budget-minded and want to connect and bond with others.
Sometimes it can be easy to isolate and become hyper self-reliant. It is easy to forget the power of community. This is why our Group Retreats are so life-changing and impactful. It is important to us that healing is accessible to all people, not just the wealthy. Healing is a human right, and we feel our Day Packages or Group Retreats are the perfect way for people to access our world-renowned, highly skilled practitioners without breaking the bank.

What sets SpiritQuest apart is the fact that we are family-owned and operated. I run the company with my daughter, Jessica. We have been working side-by-side for many years, and that is such a powerful thing to share with your family. My other daughter, Rayonna, is my webmaster, and my husband, Troy, is a personal coach. Each one of them is exceptionally trained and skilled for their jobs; it is just a plus that they are my family.
Instead of a corporate feel, where you are just a number, we welcome guests with warmth, integrity, authenticity, and support. Once you are part of the SpiritQuest family, we stay connected, and many clients return each year. We have a 30-40% return rate, so much of our business comes from word of mouth. At its heart, SpiritQuest exists to empower individuals and communities to navigate life’s transitions with grace, courage, and clarity, while fostering a more profound sense of connection to self, others, and the natural world.
I collaborate with an extraordinary collective of master coaches/practitioners, teachers, and ceremonial guides from around the world. Guided by intuition and an unwavering commitment to excellence, I personally curate each facilitator to ensure the highest level of integrity, professionalism, and care. Together, we co-create custom-crafted journeys that are both grounding and expansive, designed to support lasting growth and meaningful change.
My academic foundation includes graduating magna cum laude from Northern Arizona University with degrees in Education and Philosophy, followed by 15 years as a secondary educator. I later transitioned into holistic instruction, integrating training in Gottman Couples Coaching, Compassionate Communication, and Family Constellation work. Over the years, I have supported thousands of individuals and families in reframing their past, healing relational dynamics, and stepping into a more empowered future through both practical tools and intuitive guidance.
Living in Bali marked a pivotal chapter of my personal and spiritual development, with extensive travel throughout Tibet, Nepal, India, China, Japan, Thailand, and Sri Lanka deepening my understanding of cultural wisdom and spiritual practice. My journey later led me to Hawaii, where I immersed myself in Ayurvedic medicine and Eastern healing modalities while earning my professional license in aesthetics. Upon returning to Arizona, participating in over 100 sweat lodge ceremonies became a profound rite of renewal—deepening my capacity for release, resilience, and compassionate leadership in service to others.
The retreat center is a home base; it is not an office building or a suite in a shared building. It is a safe multi-room retreat center, located in the heart of Sedona, Arizona. Our Retreat Center, which we own, creates a profound container for healing for our clients. It is nestled at the base of Thunder Mountain Vortex, where the energy can be felt from the center. There are views of the Mogollon Rim, and it is in a more private, quiet, sequestered part of Sedona. For the sessions that are not taking place in our retreat center, we have a special permit with the Coconino National Forest, which enables us to take our clients to sacred, ceremonial places in Sedona.
This includes the main vortex sites. Sedona Vortex Adventures is a big part of the private retreats and is available à la carte. The vortex sites in Sedona draw numerous people from all over the world. They all have unique energy signatures: some are more masculine and have a deep, powerful energy that is perfect for “rooting” out and opening what needs to come to light or what has been hidden. This is perfect for deep catharsis, healing, and release.
The other Vortex Sites are more feminine, due to the softer, gentler, nurturing feel of the energy. This energy signature is wonderful for Spiritual expansion, meditation, heart healing, and manifestation. Sedona’s land is sacred and culturally rich, which is why we act as responsible stewards—teaching “Leave No Trace” principles and following all federal laws while working in harmony with nature.
